Thank you for choosing Athletically Challenged for your media needs. Our commitment to delivering quality is reflected not only in the final product but also in our fulfillment timelines and procedures. Please find below our delivery timeline commitments for our various services:

1. Video Deliverables

1.1. Turnaround Time: Videos, including highlights, promos, and other video content, are processed with the utmost care and quality. Given the intricate nature of video editing and production, the expected turnaround time for the release of videos is up to 2-3 weeks post the date of capture.

2. Photography Deliverables

2.1. Turnaround Time: Photography content will be made available 24-72 hours after being captured.

2.2. Access and Download: Customers can access and download their photographs through Pixieset or Google Drive, based on whichever platform is more convenient at the given time. We ensure that the delivery method is seamless, efficient, and user-friendly.

2.3. Password Protection: If you desire additional security for your photos, you may request that your album be password protected. Kindly communicate this preference to our team prior to the delivery of the photos.

3. Client Feedback

If you have any concerns regarding the content delivered, we kindly request that you communicate with us promptly, so we can address and rectify any issues in a timely manner.
